You can return or exchange unworn extensions within 30 days of delivery, as long as the security ties are still intact. Exchanges and store credit are free. Refunds go back to your original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders, clearance and sale items, and hair care products are final sale.

My experience with curly hair shampoo and conditioner travel set
I am very pleased with this product. When I washed and conditioned my extensions it came out gorgeous but after a few uses I misplaced them in my house and I used my other name brand shampoo and condition regular hair products and my hair felt horrible and didn't look any better so I tore my house apart and searched until 8 found them. They are a vital part of my hygiene routine. Without them I don't have the luscious and gorgeous locks that I have with this product.. So I keep them somewhere I can always find them. Lol. Funny thing too. I have been using the trial size for about 3 months now. And they are still about 1/3 full. They are a quality product and it doesn't take but just a little bit to get it done right. Travel Set
This is an amazing product! I have the full size but got the travel size to keep in my locker at work. I work in the ER and will wear a scrub cap so I will sweat a lot during my shift running all night. I shower at the hospital before going home so it’s nice to have this so I can take care of my hair and not take up a ton of room in my locker.
