I had bariatric surgery 1 year ago and lost 100lbs but due to the surgery I lost a ton of hair. My self confidence was up due to the weight loss but I had no idea how the hair loss would affect me. The picture of the hair you have online is very different to what I received. I was even more disappointed because you are charging me 15% for restocking when I didn’t even open the package.

I just had my custom 24 inch curly ombré extensions installed. I used custom colors 4/6/27 and 12/27/613. They were a little darker than I wanted, but I’m hoping they tone more as I wash them with purple shampoo. Two packs were used.
