While the security ties are still on, check the color against your hair, feel the texture, and even wash or heat style a small section. You can return or exchange unworn extensions within 30 days of delivery, as long as the security ties are still intact. Exchanges and store credit are free. Refunds go back to your original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders, clearance and sale items, and hair care products are final sale.

Your Perfect Locks order is always shipped from our headquarters in Walnut Creek, California.

All orders ship the same day if placed before 2pm PT Monday-Friday. Standard delivery is 2-5 business days.
