You can return or exchange unworn extensions within 30 days of delivery, as long as the security ties are still intact. Exchanges and store credit are free. Refunds go back to your original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders, clearance and sale items, and hair care products are final sale.

The band is smaller than illustrated
The band is smaller than illustrated. I was looking for one with a wider band as the smaller bands are uncomfortable during wear. The wider band was sought but not received.
